It is true - EVERY brow artist has their own style there’s no right or wrong! But yes, my style leans more toward a natural look 🤍

I’ll go darker or bolder if that’s what my client wants, of course! Client satisfaction always comes first. In this case a naked lamination was recommended— the client was looking for a natural brow that will seamlessly hold perfection without the bold definition.

What’s the trick to nailing that natural brow look? It’s all about choosing the right dye, applying it just right, and timing it perfectly! Or, whether tint is needed at all 😉🎨

The trick with tint is finding the perfect shade for each client and knowing exactly how long to let it sit so it looks soft and natural - never too dark or too bold.

Although brow laminations are one of the most satisfying services, unfortunately it’s not for everyone…

Reasons why I would reconsider providing a Lamination service to a client 👇🏼

✨ the client has sensitive skin, rosacea, eczema, or a history of contact dermatitis

✨ the client has tattooed eyebrows - without hair a eyebrow lamination is not possible. This isn’t to say that people who have micro blading or ombre powder brows are unable to get laminations. If you or someone with powdered or micro bladed brows that are interested in elimination send me a DM and we can discuss. Usually elimination paired with that service is flawless if the client has enough hair.

✨ clients with extremely thick and wiry hair. I’ve found with my clients that their results don’t last as long on those truly unruly kind of brows as the products struggle to penetrate to the core, but it can still be worth a try!

✨ clients that have naturally high sitting brows, as it can give a constant surprised finish which doesn’t need to be exaggerated. Microblading could be a better alternative for these types of brows

✨ also isn’t advised for pregnant and breast feeding clients - unless you have already had the treatment before falling pregnant/breast feeding and your patch test came back clear. You need to be over 16, and capable to follow the aftercare — please refer to your physician and inform your brow tech before booking/ arriving to any brow appts

My name is Sarah & I am the owner and sole operator of this luxury home based establishment. It all started with a beautiful dog named Skye and her endless and unconditional love. Required deposits are not only to secure the slot but to ensure if for whatever reason cancellation is needed or the appt needs to be rebooked, there is payment for lost time. 25% of the service fee is collected & is non-refundable- without this you’re not able to book online⏰

After, in studio appointments, I may offer to book clients in on the spot out of convenience. Deposit isn’t charged immediately however this does not mean it’s not required. A notification is sent immediately for payment options once I manually enter you in studio. Most clients pay it right away once the confirmation comes through or pay me within the following days 💸

For those clients I allow deposit to be sent up to 48 hours prior to avoid additional costs: cancellation, no show or rescheduling fees. If the deposit isn’t sent at the 48 hour mark I usually call the client or text to collect so to confirm the appointment 📲

If you book an appointment online, the deposit would be taken & during cancellation via the Fresha app - a message would come up that deposit is kept as per booking requirements online. Therefore if I go out of my way to book you in, deposits are still mandatory and required — you agree to this when booking. Please read all policies before doing so❌

It’s not reasonable to expect to cancel without paying for lost time, material and product. The same would go for a normal 9-5 worker who goes into work to only be told they are being paid less because someone didn’t show etc.

2️⃣UNDERSTANDING of brow theory allowing myself to be extremely versatile. Being able to work with many brow shapes and hair types is key 🔐

3️⃣Clear and crisp MAPPING I say this time and time again because it really is — my signature mapping method never fails to impress ensuring flawless brows everytime

👏🏼 Spend that extra time getting a clear visual and symmetry and the rest of the service will be as simple as colouring inbetween the lines

Having a clear outline will take away the “umming and ahhing” and allow for you to focus on a perfect application technique 📐

Less cleaning up/moving the product around will result in a cleaner and more even stain👏🏼
